These terms apply to all purchases made on our website. We may update this policy at any time without notice. In cases of disagreement, our decision will be final.


✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

At Bijou Ha Bags, we accommodate returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind or received a faulty product. Please don’t send any items back before contacting us via email.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items should be unused, in original packaging and condition, with all accessories.
  • Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items are excluded from this policy.
  • Items sold in a bundle must be returned as a complete set.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Step 1:
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Return & Refund Request”. Include the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos or videos (for defective products)

Step 2:
Our team will respond within 1–2 working days after reviewing your request.

Step 3:
If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label via email. Please print it and return the item(s) in their original packaging to:

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns/Refunds If:

  • The item is damaged due to customer mishandling
  • The request is made after 30 days of delivery
  • Returned goods are used, opened, or missing packaging or accessories

💵 Refund Process

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will email you to confirm if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 4–6 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping & Fees

  • No return shipping fee applies for faulty items or change of mind returns.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

⏳ Refund Delays

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement
  2. Contact your credit card provider as it may take time to show up
  3. Speak to your bank to check if processing is ongoing

🔄 Exchange Requests

Need to exchange your item? Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Exchange Bijou Ha Bags” and provide:

Exchanges are only processed for the same product.


🚫 Canceling Your Order

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.
After 12 hours, any cancellation may be treated as a return.
