Policy for Repeating Intellectual Property Complaints
bijou-ha.com has the right to cancel your account if it gets repeated complaints that you have uploaded someone else’s intellectual property without their consent. Bijou-ha.com has a mechanism in place to monitor serial infringers of third parties’ intellectual property rights and decide when to suspend or cancel your account.
Regardless of the number of strikes, bijou-ha.com retains the right to cancel accounts that behave in violation of the terms of service.
