Return Policy

If you would like to return your order due to any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to issue you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our fault will not be returned, nor will any item returned more than 30 days after receipt.

NOTE:

Please do not return any orders for reasons not stated.

Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The time it takes for a refund to be issued will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuing bank if you have any further questions.

If you paid with PayPal, your refund should be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be posted.

SHIPPING

To return an item, please contact [email protected]. Our staff will contact you and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse cannot identify the sender, which will make your refund unavailable.

There is no restocking fee for consumers when returning products.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returns if the issue is not a quality issue.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Returns or replacements are only available for devices purchased on bijou-ha.com. If you purchased your BIJOU-HA device from a third-party seller, please contact the seller.

Once we have received and inspected your package to verify that the warranty is still valid, we will issue a full refund or replacement for all eligible products.

Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, devices must be in “as new” condition and, if possible, in their original sealed packaging. If an accessory is returned without reason, we will deduct the return shipping cost from the amount returned.

For all returns, please pay the shipping cost.

If your device is defective/DOA, we will refund the shipping fee after checking and confirming that your device is still under warranty.

After you email us regarding your return & refund issue, we will reply to you within 24 hours on business days. Please check your spam/unsolicited mail if you have not received a response within 24 hours.
